ICR was created in 2019 after the founders experienced fostering, trap neuter return and adoption first hand. They wanted to do more to raise awareness about feral and stray cats and how to help them while continuing to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome cats in need.
Many of the cats that ICR takes in are injured or require experienced care that the charity can only provide through generous donations. Unfortunately not every cat can be rescued but ICR is proud to offer a safe, warm home for end of life care.
ICR is passionate about rescuing cats and kittens across North Manchester and is working towards becoming a registered charity to continue to do the essential work required for all felines in need.
